Introduction: The coexistence of a live fetus in molar pregnancy is extremely rare and represents challenge for the maternal-perinatal team. Obstetric aspects have been described previously, but it’s possible effects on newborn not detailed. case that we present to our knowledge first describe such outcomes. Aim this report clinical events occur neonate born from previous with fetus. Case Report: We 35-week preterm by cesarean section due loss fetal well-being, who presented severe intrauterine growth restriction high suspicion flow redistribution, mild hyaline membrane disease. At 48 h after birth, enteral nutrition infant formula was started absence breast milk, reaching an oral volume 75 cc/kg/day, which he porraceous residues, abdominal distension, hydroaerial noises, deterioration. diagnosis necrotizing enterocolitis considered, responding medical management without need surgical approach. patient discharged at 19 days life outpatient follow-up. Conclusion: outcome complications similar those associated prematurity restriction, latter being more severe. It important focus mother-child binomial antenatal stage, as well family-centered care way modifiable factors degree acceptance support availability autologous milk turn out be allies context places limited resources.
